Delete your account

You can delete your PastorAI account and the data associated with it at any time. Here's how — and what happens.

Delete your account from inside the app

The fastest way — no email required:

  1. Sign in at (or in the PastorAI app).
  2. Open the sidebar menu (☰).
  3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap the red button.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Or email us

If you can't sign in, email from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my account." No reason required. Requests are handled within 7 business days.

Payment records are held by Stripe and retained according to their policies and applicable law. If you had an active subscription, we cancel it as part of the deletion so you're not charged again — you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
